Amen. The quote above is from a recent post by Seth Godin, a post that reminds me of another great quote from Peter Drucker:
The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.
I tweeted the Godin quote already, but I like it so much it just seemed worth repeating. Besides, it gives me the opportunity to post the Mad Men clip that seems to be making the rounds. This is masterful.
