I recently did a post on virtual worlds that referenced Gary Hayes’ “metaverse” tour. For those interested in this topic, I just came across Virtual Worlds: Comparisons and Overviews, which also references Hayes’ video and includes a wealth of other information and insights. I recommend it.
Note also that Google announced yesterday that it will be shutting down its virtual platform, Lively, by year end.
